ASCP Live Events 2025

ASCP Live Events 2025

Over the past few weeks, the TCW team has been on the road, attending the ASCP Live events across the UK—from Warrington, Harrogate, London, Bristol, and Scotland. Each event brought together industry professionals, housing providers, and compliance experts, all focused on driving higher standards in social housing.

One of the key highlights of our journey was our CEO, Ryan Dempsey’s presentation, “Building Trust: Accountability in Social Housing Compliance.” At each event, Ryan shared powerful insights on the importance of trust within the industry. Here is an insight into what Ryan mentioned in his presentation; “Trust and Accountability are foundational to achieving sustainable progress in Social Housing.” His talk focused on how outdated compliance processes can erode trust, while modern technology has the potential to eliminate human error, increase efficiency, and ensure housing providers have access to clear, actionable data. The importance of using compliance data effectively was a common theme, with discussions centering around the need to move away from traditional, reactive methods and towards a more proactive, evidence-based approach to risk management.

The events also provided a platform for industry professionals to exchange ideas and share best practices. The level of engagement and discussion at each location demonstrated a strong, collective desire to improve compliance strategies and work towards a safer and more transparent future in social housing.

As the TCW team reflects on the insights gained from ASCP Live, the conversations from each event continue to inspire our commitment to innovation in compliance technology. By providing tools that transform complex compliance data into clear, reliable intelligence, TCW is supporting housing providers in their mission to enhance safety, efficiency, and accountability.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to these important discussions. If you missed us at ASCP Live and would like to learn more about how TCW is revolutionising compliance management, we’d love to continue the conversation.
