As we look back at an incredible journey over the last year, I am thrilled to share some major milestones that mark a defining chapter for our company. Our focus has always been to deliver cutting-edge solutions without losing sight of the foundations that got us here. Today, I am proud to say that we are executing that vision with unparalleled momentum.
The first six months of 2026 were pivotal for our product development. We successfully finalised the integration of Artificial Intelligence into our brand-new software platform that is being released over the coming months.
What makes this achievement truly special isn’t just the tech itself, it’s how we built it. We didn’t throw away our history; instead, we supercharged the proprietary technology we’ve meticulously developed over the last 12 years. By marrying our deeply rooted industry expertise with modern AI, we have significantly enhanced our software's capabilities, offering our clients a blend of battle-tested reliability and next-generation intelligence.
Even during this heavy period of R&D and integration, our team never missed a beat. We closed out the year by continuing to grow our business, achieving a turnover increase of over £1M for the year.
Building on that incredible foundation, the first six months of this year have been focused on execution, delivery, and scaling our infrastructure. I am delighted to announce the near-completion of our new product, which now boasts fully integrated iOS and Android capabilities to deliver a seamless mobile-first experience.
As our product has evolved, so too has our capability to look after our users at scale:
- 10,000,000 Documents Hosted: Our system's capacity has reached an extraordinary new benchmark, successfully ingesting and hosting over 10 million documents.
- An Exceptional Support and Customer Care Ecosystem: Behind this technology is our amazing support and customer care team. They have internally developed sophisticated systems designed entirely around the user experience, ensuring our clients receive rapid, seamless, and deeply attentive care as we scale.
- ISO 27001 Validation: To ensure this massive volume of data is protected by the highest international standards, we are officially in the final stages of ISO 27001 validation. This certification reflects our absolute commitment to enterprise-grade information security.
Once again, this massive development, care infrastructure, and compliance push was achieved while maintaining exceptional business health, resulting in another significant increase in turnover during the first half of this year alone.
What excites me most about this new product isn't just what it does today, but where it is taking us tomorrow. With robust security, a world-class support and customer care structure, and cutting-edge AI, this platform is officially moving us into entirely new industry sectors.
