Hi, I’m Jen Davies. My career began in Technology Renewals for an outsourcing company, where I spent 11 years managing customer accounts across a wide range of European clients. That experience gave me a strong foundation in service delivery and client engagement.

 

I joined TCW 10 months ago as Platform and Service Delivery Manager, and stepping into the housing sector has been a fascinating shift! TCW’s role as an industry leader in compliance management has opened my eyes to the critical importance of speed and accuracy in identifying failures and errors in safety documents.. These efficiencies don’t just save time—they can save lives.

 

As safety regulations continue to evolve, TCW ensures its system adapts to the latest requirements, helping clients stay ahead. I’ve particularly enjoyed hearing feedback from clients about how our automated functions streamline remedial actions and improve turnaround times on safety certificates. The reporting tools also offer clear visibility across key metrics, reducing the need for manual checks.
