This year’s much awaited HOMES UK brought together thousands of housing professionals from housing associations, local authorities, funders, housebuilders and the built environment to discuss, share new ideas and learn from each other as we work to ensure we are all building a stronger sector with housing at the heart of the UK recovery.

In this presentation, Ryan showcased why TCW is leading the way in data and risk management of ALL compliance areas. The presentation focused on data structuring, trend analysis, asset management, risk and safety predictions and lifecycle insights.
