Building Innovation Awards
"Innovation never stands still. The industry thrives on change, challenge, and curiosity. And that's exactly what we're here to recognise with the awards: the pioneers who refuse to settle for business as usual, and instead push boundaries to deliver something better.
The 2026 awards shine a well-deserved spotlight on the trailblazers - those who are rethinking what's possible, embracing cutting-edge technologies and fresh approaches, and proving that smarter, faster, greener ways of building are within our reach. These are the people rewriting the rulebook for the built environment," Mark Cantrell, Editor at Build in Digital.
The night was hosted by Rob Woodward, award-winning comedian, and the official charity partner was Rainy Day Trust - supporting those in the home improvement and home enhancing sector with financial help, mental health support and workplace wellbeing.
A Moment for the Team
We’re delighted to have taken home the "Best Digital Transformation" award last night — a fantastic recognition of the work happening across TCW and our continued focus on using technology and expertise to improve compliance across social housing. We were also in great company, sharing the evening with Peabody, YorSpace and Aireavu. It was great to see Peabody and YorSpace shortlisted for Most Innovative Affordable Housing Project, alongside Aireavu, who had a particularly successful evening, taking home: 🏆 Smart Building Project of the Year 🏆 Best Use of Remote Monitoring Technology A huge congratulations to everyone involved, and to all of the finalists and winners who made the evening such a great celebration of innovation across the built environment. And, of course, a big thank you to the Building Innovation Awards for a brilliant evening. A night to remember for TCW — and a very welcome addition to the trophy cabinet! .
