Balancing Heritage with Innovation to Drive Exponential Growth
A defining chapter for TCW: artificial intelligence integrated into thirteen years of proprietary technology, ten million documents hosted, and a platform built to carry risk intelligence into entirely new sectors.

The argument
Heritage, Supercharged — Not Replaced
The first six months of 2026 were pivotal for TCW's product development: the successful integration of artificial intelligence into the new software platform. What makes the achievement significant is not the technology itself, but how it was built.
Nothing was thrown away. The proprietary technology developed meticulously over more than a decade was supercharged, not discarded. Deeply rooted industry expertise married with modern AI has produced something rare in this market: battle-tested reliability combined with next-generation intelligence.
Growth Through the Heavy R&D Period
Even during the heaviest period of research, development and integration, the team never missed a beat. The business continued to grow, closing the year with a turnover increase of over one million pounds.
That combination matters. Innovation programmes often stall delivery; here, delivery and innovation ran in parallel, and the commercial results prove it.
Execution, Delivery and Scale
The first half of this year has been focused on execution. The new product is nearing completion with fully integrated iOS and Android capabilities, delivering a genuinely mobile-first experience for the people who manage risk in the field, not just at a desk.
Scale has arrived with it. The platform has passed an extraordinary benchmark: more than ten million documents ingested and hosted. Behind that volume sits an exceptional support and customer care ecosystem, with internally developed systems designed entirely around the user experience, ensuring rapid, seamless and attentive care as the client base grows.
Enterprise-Grade Security as a Foundation
Volume without protection is liability. TCW is in the final stages of ISO 27001 validation, the highest international standard for information security management, reflecting an absolute commitment to enterprise-grade protection of the data clients entrust to the platform.
Development, care infrastructure and the compliance push were all achieved while maintaining exceptional business health, with another significant increase in turnover during the first half of the year alone.
Expanding the Map
What excites us most about the new platform is not only what it does today, but where it takes us tomorrow. Robust security, a world-class support and customer care structure and cutting-edge AI move TCW into entirely new industry sectors.
We are no longer growing within traditional boundaries. We are expanding the map, and the foundations for transformative impact over the coming years are now firmly laid.
"By diversifying our reach, scaling our data capabilities to ten million documents, and backing it all with ISO 27001 security and a dedicated customer care team, we are positioning the business to make a massive, transformative impact over the next few years."

If you are reviewing your current systems, ask:
- Is our current technology partner building on proven foundations, or asking us to trust unproven ones?
- Could our systems handle ten million documents without degrading the service our teams receive?
- Is our data protected by a recognised international standard such as ISO 27001?
- Do our field teams have a genuinely mobile-first way to record and review risk?
- Will our compliance infrastructure let us expand into new sectors, or hold us inside old boundaries?
