TCW had the honour of not only attending but also being a main sponsor at this year’s Housing Digital Live 2025. The event brought together industry leaders, innovators, and housing professionals to explore the future of social housing. TCW was proud to be part of the event, engaging in important discussions about compliance, asset management, and the evolving role of technology in the sector.
Throughout the event, the TCW team engaged with professionals across the housing industry, showcasing how our technology is revolutionising compliance and asset management. Our CEO, Ryan Dempsey was also given the opportunity to present his talk on “Recognising Competence”. Ryan tackled a crucial issue in social housing—how organisations measure competence and whether current industry practices are setting the right standards. His presentation challenged the traditional compliance mindset, questioning whether competence is being effectively evaluated or simply assumed based on outdated processes. The session sparked meaningful discussions on the need to move away from a box-ticking culture towards a more proactive, evidence-based approach.
Beyond the conference, TCW was also honoured to attend the Housing Digital Awards, where we had the privilege of sponsoring and presenting the award for The Most Innovative Housing Provider.
